To assist in overcoming the current shortage of professional law staff looking to move employers, Frances Armstrong Associates offers the services of a dedicated team of Head Hunting professionals to lure both Senior and High Profile candidates from their current positions.

Rather than presenting only those candidates whose CVs we already have on file, we have devised a strategic Head Hunting formula that enables us to identify, attract and deliver Senior and High Profile legal professionals who have precisely the experience, qualifications and requirements that our clients have requested for a specific role. In recent times, many of our Partner, Senior and Managerial positions have been filled by applicants who were not actively looking for a change of position, but responded directly to our Head Hunting campaigns and efforts.

To fully understand the client’s requirements, a Senior Consultant will be assigned to work closely with Managers and Human Resource departments, beginning with an open ‘confidential’ discussion to formulate a strategy. Our team will roll out a campaign based on the client’s requests combined with our strategic plans of attraction. To increase the chances of enticing the perfect applicant, we will also fine tune our marketing and advertising channels to include top advertising and display options through our media partners and associates.

As every assignment differs in strategy and the timescale needed for attracting the right candidate. Fees in relation to our Head Hunting service will reflect the individual position and will be evaluated on a job-to-job basis. The fees will fluctuate depending upon issues such as advertising and marketing campaigns, salaries and time invested to complete the assignment. However, we will always endeavour to keep advertising overheads to a minimum through our media partners and associates, passing on any reduced rates awarded by our existing advertising accounts and contracts.
